Before Project Commencement: If you wish to cancel your booking before the project begins, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund of your deposit, depending on how far in advance the cancellation is made.
After Project Commencement: Once work has begun on your project, cancellations will generally not be eligible for refunds. Exceptions may be made under certain circumstances at our discretion.

Project Delays: If Guildcon is unable to start or complete the project within the agreed timeline and alternative arrangements cannot be made, a partial refund may be issued.

Non-Refundable Expenses Certain fees and expenses, including third-party fees, permits, and materials purchased specifically for your project, may be non-refundable once incurred, regardless of cancellation or project completion.
